The room and riad were stunning, giving a luxurious feel. The staff were friendly and lovely. Great location, close to the Medina and restaurants. Rooftop room was lovely with a comfortable bed. Impressive decor and minimal noise from outside. Highly recommend.

This hotel is located in a central area, close to the Palace of the former Pasha which is a suitable taxi drop-off point. You can easily explore the city as it is close to everything and within walking distance of all the main sights. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. They serve a delicious and varied breakfast on the rooftop terrace, which offers great views of the city.
The only drawback is that the hot water in the shower can be lukewarm at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a good place nearest to many destinations in the perfect neighborhood. It was great to be in a more local-feeling area of the Medina, away from the tourist crowds. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff always willing to help. We appreciated the convenience of room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry services. The airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance were also very convenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the night watchman and chamber maids. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the attractive interior added to the cozy and cute atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the main sights and fairly close to a main street. The breakfast served each morning was simple yet delicious, and we enjoyed having it on the terrace.
